I was ready to return this day 2…but figured I could try to figure it out for a week and return. Set up is.. easy…but if you have questions how how to do stuff they want to sell you tech support. My laptop is for personal use…not business.. I do not need tech support. I just need a person off and on to point out differences from my previous Lenovo. I have techy friends… but being able to call tech support by a company a couple of times usually handles things. After hrs trying to get basic help I was ready to return this… But… after about 10 days I figured out my issues…. something a good tech support could have done in one day.. sooo annoying that everything is going self serve with a cafeteria menu.. Now I’m ok.

I use this for my real estate business and it works great.

Gorgeous laptop with a premium look and feel. But it is very heavy, and battery life diminishes quickly.

At this price this product is simply amazing. Seller is very punctual. Fast charging, front facing speakers. Connectivity support is also quite good. Windows 11 out of the box. Suitable for students, business and for home use. Great build quality.

I purchased this for home use. No gaming or other resource intensive purpose. I have been sold on HP products since the Compaq days. I base that on working as an I.T. professional for 25 years. The Envy has a lot going for it with the touch screen, 360 fold that means I don’t need an iPad, as well as being a dependably performing computer. The graphics are excellent. I looked at a lot of different laptops and when I came across the Envy, I knew immediately it was the computer for which I had been searching. If you want a quality computer for use with the Microsoft Office suite and every day browsing, you won’t be disappointed.
DearAmber –
First of all, I ordered this during the Black Friday sale and at the time the price was amazing however I’m not being charged that black Friday price. Secondly it arrived on time however it was left on my doorstep inside an Amazon box which was damaged and had been tampered with. The box had been opened and a square piece of brown butchers paper was loosely laying on the top of the laptop. The Amazon shipping box was so damaged and had a small piece of scotch tape in the center to attempt to keep it closed but you could easily peak in on either side to look at what was in the box. The original manufacturers packaging was still in the shrink wrap see through plastic and didn’t appear to be tamperd with. It’s a great device. I love the fingerprint reader and the versatility of going from keyboard to touchscreen. The battery doesn’t last very long. After watching one movie I need to recharge it. It’s lightweight and easy to navigate. There are several apps that are not available for downloading such as YouTube, Google Chrome, Peacock and many others I use on a daily basis. I have found ways around it to access YouTube & some others but it’s irritating to not be able to simply click on an installed app to access something as widely used as YouTube and Google. Had I known I would’ve had any of these issues I wouldn’t have purchased it especially for the price I’m now being charged.

I have had this laptop for a week. It has performed very well up to this point. I wish it had a number pad like my older Envy X360 however other than that this is an amazing laptop which performs extremely well. I have even tried a few games which have performed well. I plan to add some extra RAM, to upgrade the SSD , upgrade the OS to Win 11 Pro, and I am looking into an aftermarket option to turn the touch pad into a number pad since I primarily use a mouse. These upgrades will only be to enhance what has already proven to be a great laptop.
